British Supplements have established themselves as one of the biggest brands in the UK. Their anti-corporate mantra resonates with many & as a result has saw the brand sky rocket over the last 12 months.
But is too much, too quick an issue? It seems so. Unfortunately for British Supplements, their recent surge in sales has led to them simply struggle to keep up with demand.
Delays have become such an issue that the brand have addressed it on the ‘Contact Us’ section of their website. Their statement confirmed that they are running ‘about’ a week behind on orders – with their customer service team also struggling to keep up with demand
Naturally both existing and new customers are starting to get frustrated, with the brand now having over 10% of their TrustPilot made up of 1 star reviews. This likely has left many searching for other brands for their supplement fix.
If you’re anything like me, I rely on taking my supplements daily as I am extremely last minute when it comes to ordering- a week’s wait would undoubtedly leave me without my supplements for a few days. Now, you’d be forgiven for thinking you had accidentally clicked back onto the British Supplements site- I know I did.
Similar branding, similar products offered & even a similar name, it is clear to see who British Vitamins have taken a mass amount of inspiration from. Some people aren’t fans of ‘copycat brands’ and because of this, it might be a step too far to order from them.
In terms of products, they are extremely similar to the range British supplement offer.
