As the weather gets warmer, it’s common for people’s appetites can decrease. This can be due to numerous things such as heat, activity levels & dehydration. - Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Mango Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 2 cups cubed watermelon
