Tongkat Ali also known as Eurycoma longifolia, is a plant native to Southeast Asia, particularly found in Malaysia and Indonesia. It is commonly used in traditional medicine to boost energy, improve mood, and enhance libido.
The plant has recently been shot into the spotlight & tipped to be the next due to a spate of high profile celebrities & podcasters have discussed their reasoning behind supplementing the plant.
